Below is the image used to tile across the page to create the background.   You can right click on the 
background and choose "save background as" or you can save the image below, upload it to your 
web directory and replace your <body background=image.jpg> with the net image name.

This is a busy background, so if you are going to use it, be sure to use it as background and the text area in a table with a solid color background, like I've used here.  Set your width at 78% and the table will not hide all of the background.  You can also space down below the table and additional info... "secret" info on the background that can be read by anyone who makes an effort to scroll below the table to the bottom of the page.
